Temperlite 1200°  is a rigid, high temperature, water resistent molded perlite thermal insulation available in either block, pipe or molded fitting form.  The product has an application temperature range upo to 1200 °F, even under cyclic conditions.      Temperlite 1200° is high in silicates and non-wicking, it will not cause or promote stress corrosion cracking of austenitic stainless steel.

Block available in thicknesses of 1" - 6" in 1/2" increments. Available in widths of 6", 12", 18", 24" and 36".  All boards are 36" long.  Molded Pipe up to 29" OD in half sections, Curved radius block and Temperlite PC  Available in sizes up to 100 ID.
